Exen Legal Solutions, a technical consultancy and specialist provider of software solutions to the UK legal sector, is pleased to announce that it has signed Harrow-based Harold Benjamin Solicitors as a new client.
In an effort to deliver performance information to the desktops of all its lawyers and to streamline firm-wide reporting processes, the legal firm will be deploying Exen’s SmartEye business information software, which is specifically designed to deliver instant aggregated information, accelerate decision-making and improve overall performance.
Commenting on the company’s newest client, Exen Legal Solutions director Graham Moore commented:
“Without timely and accurate management information, no business can expect to succeed. In these times of change this is particularly true for law firms. Harold Benjamin Solicitors understands what it takes to remain competitive and we are delighted that the firm has selected our SmartEye business information software to help improve firm-wide performance and efficiency.”
Exen’s SmartEye software will be integrated with Harold Benjamin’s TikitTFB Partner for Windows practice and case management system, enabling the firm to manage risk, ensure compliance, and increase operational efficiency and profitability.
According to Jamie Abrahams, head of IT at Benjamin Harold Solicitors, the firm has been reviewing potential suppliers of management information solutions for some time. He commented:
“We were impressed by Exen’s approach, which differed vastly from that of other suppliers in that it offered a working solution, not simply a toolkit. Exen was also able to offer price certainty in the delivery of a complete tailored solution.”
“We were determined to find a partner with the technical knowledge and skills to meet our unique requirements – Exen’s reputation as a specialist provider of customised solutions for the legal sector offered the reassurance we required.”
