Clugston Developments, part of the privately owned Clugston Group which has interests in construction, logistics, facilities management as well as property, is pleased to announce it has made two senior appointments. Mr. Nick Child joins as development director and Ms. Andrea Morley as development manager.
Mr Child joins Clugston from a York based development company, where he was a director. With a wide reaching knowledge of the industry and over 30 years experience working throughout Northern England, he has developed strong relationships and contacts within the region throughout his career.
Ms. Morley hails from a family construction business background and has extensive experience in property surveying, estate management and property development, both in the professional as well as retail sectors.
