Harvard, the leading designer, developer and manufacturer of energy saving lighting solutions, has launched its new LED Solutions brand at Lux Live 2014.

LED Solutions combines Harvard’s industry leading LED products – the CoolLED range of drivers, LEDeng light engines and CustomLED bespoke design and placement service – to deliver integrated LED Solutions that provide opportunities to expand lighting boundaries.

One of Harvard’s LED Solutions has already been installed at Butler House, a high-rise housing scheme run by Bristol City Council. Combining CoolLED drivers and a CustomLED custom designed light engine, the solution is saving the council over £5,500 a year on maintenance, with expected energy savings 29% per annum, equating to £2,300 each year, a 28% reduction in CO2 emissions and a payback period of two years.

Russell Fletcher, sales and marketing director at Harvard, commented, “We have already seen success with each of our LED brands separately but together they provide even greater benefits to our customers. The installation at Butler House is the perfect demonstration of this.”

The launch of LED Solutions at Lux Live 2014 builds on Harvard’s reputation as a leading lighting solutions company following the launch of the EyeNut monitoring and management system for indoor lighting in 2013. The company is also behind the leading LeafNut control and monitoring system for street and outdoor lighting, which has been installed in over 100 locations across the world.
