BARCELONA / SPAIN – March 21, 2018 – Chicopee, a leading brand of specialty wipes, cloths and mops, invites cleaning professionals to ‘beat the bacteria’ with its innovative, short-term use microfibre range at a forthcoming European exhibition.
The Interclean trade show will host approximately 30,000 cleaning experts in Amsterdam for four days in May. Chicopee will showcase its full range of microfibre solutions and will also launch its colour-coded microfibre economy disposable cleaning solution.
“We’re delighted to be returning to Interclean to showcase our short-term use microfibre range of cleaning wipes, cloths, and mopping solutions. These certified and patented materials deliver the very best in short-term and disposable cleaning performance,” said James Taylor, Marketing Director – EMEIA – Specialties for Chicopee.
Chicopee has been developing cutting-edge cleaning materials for more than a century. The microfibre range has been created to serve industries including facilities management, healthcare, and precision manufacturing. Healthcare is a major focus for the brand, given the need to meet the most exacting attributes to ensure effective defence against hospital acquired infections (HAIs).
“By developing a 100 percent microfibre structure with our patented Apex® technology, we have created a range that includes products externally verified to remove 99.99 percent of bacteria without the use of chemicals,” said Taylor.
Potentially even more important is the products’ design for short-term use. Studies show that up to 93 percent of microfibre cloths contain dangerous levels of bacteria even after washing.* Chicopee products are designed for short-term use, saving healthcare workers time and worry of cross-contamination.
Today, Chicopee solutions are currently in use in hospitals, airports, and varying industries across Europe, with many organizations utilizing elements of the microfibre range with other Chicopee solutions to unlock a range of benefits.
Chicopee will occupy stand 01.505 at Interclean Amsterdam from May 15 to 18. To schedule meetings contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
